The TWB Beer Experience – Kombucha 101

This month at the TWB Beer Experience, we’re diving into the wild, wonderful world of fermentation with a special guest: Katie’s Cultured Kitchen. Katie will walk us through the art of kombucha making—from the SCOBY magic to the slow, tangy transformation that turns simple tea into a probiotic powerhouse. You’ll learn what makes kombucha tick, how flavor develops, and why these living beverages pair so beautifully with craft beer culture.
And yes… you’ll taste your way through it. We’ll try some of Katie’s small‑batch kombucha samples, each brewed with love, local ingredients, and careful attention to detail.
