You’ll learn what makes kombucha tick\, how flavor develops\, and why these living beverages pair so beautifully with craft beer culture. \nAnd yes… you’ll taste your way through it. We’ll try some of Katie’s small‑batch kombucha samples\, each brewed with  love\, local ingredients\, and careful attention to detail. \nIf you love learning how things are made\, geeking out over microbes\, or just tasting delicious\, gut‑happy beverages\, this Beer School session is your jam. \nOnly $25 per person or $40 for two until March 10. \nTickets day of event are $30/$45
