DESCRIPTION:For 2026\, the Missouri Craft Brewers Guild is brewing “Tried N’ True\,” a series of four time-tested beer styles for this year’s Missouri Loves Company® collaboration project. Brewers from across the Show-Me State come together quarterly to brew a beer together\, with host breweries selecting the style and participants collaborating via video conference to dial in the recipe. \nWe kick off the series with a slight twist on a classic Hefeweizen\, brewed by the experts at Urban Chestnut Brewing Company in St. Louis. \nLight\, bready wheat malt provides a soft backbone\, balanced by signature yeast notes of banana and clove in this 5.6% ABV Bavarian-style ale. Low bitterness lets the yeast and malt character shine\, finishing crisp\, refreshing\, and slightly dry with a gentle wheat tang. Balanced\, aromatic\, and easy-drinking\, it’s perfectly suited for warm weather and the start of spring patio season.
